These Terms and Conditions explain what you can expect when purchasing through the Made & Mused website.
1. About Made & Mused
Made & Mused is a UK-based independent creative business offering handmade gifts, decorations and other carefully selected products.
Every handmade creation is prepared with care, and I aim to make your shopping experience as straightforward and enjoyable as possible.
2. Products and handmade creations
Many Made & Mused products are individually handmade, including pebble art, seasonal decorations and other creative gifts.
As a result, slight variations in colour, positioning, finish or appearance may occur. These differences are part of the character of handmade products.
I make every effort to ensure photographs and descriptions accurately represent the items available.
Any significant differences or specific product details will be explained in the individual product listing.
3. Prices and payments
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£).
The total cost of your order, including applicable delivery charges, will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Payments are processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout.
An order is accepted when you receive confirmation that it has been accepted for processing. If an item is unexpectedly unavailable, I’ll contact you to discuss a suitable alternative or refund.
4. Delivery
Made & Mused currently offers UK delivery.
Standard UK delivery is charged at £4.50 per order.
I aim to prepare and dispatch orders as promptly as possible. Any estimated delivery times will be communicated during the ordering process or in your order confirmation.
Occasionally, delivery may take longer due to postal delays or other circumstances outside my control. I’ll do my best to keep you informed.
If an order is lost or damaged during delivery, please get in touch so that I can help resolve the issue.
5. Cancellations and returns
I hope you’ll love your purchase, but I understand that sometimes you may change your mind.
For most standard online purchases, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order and a further 14 days to return it.
Some personalised or made-to-order products created to your individual specifications may be exempt from change-of-mind cancellation rights. This will be made clear before purchase.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
6. Faulty or damaged products
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact me as soon as possible.
I’ll work with you to find an appropriate solution in accordance with your consumer rights.
Where an item is faulty or not as described, your legal rights to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, as applicable, remain protected.
7. Personalised orders
Where personalisation is offered, please check all details carefully before placing your order.
I may contact you to confirm specific requirements before beginning work.
If an item is made to your individual specifications, changes or cancellations may not always be possible once production has begun, subject to your statutory rights.
8. Product safety and care
Some handmade items are intended for decorative purposes only and are not suitable as toys.
Please follow any care instructions or safety information included with your purchase.
Where products contain small components, they should be kept away from young children if there is a choking risk.

All original photographs, written content and handmade designs featured on Made & Mused remain the property of their respective creators.
Please don’t reproduce or use original Made & Mused content commercially without permission.
